PaperWarrior is designed to help you organize sensitive situations without requiring an account or collecting more than the feature needs.

What stays on your device

Case facts, timelines, evidence notes, attachment files, generated case packets, status, and outcome notes are stored locally on your iPhone using Apple’s app storage. PaperWarrior does not operate a user-account database or sync this content to a PaperWarrior account.

What is sent when you generate

Only after you give explicit permission, the app sends the case type, recipient, sign-off name, requested outcome, facts, timeline, tone, deadline, and evidence titles or descriptions to PaperWarrior’s backend. The backend sends that text to OpenAI to generate the requested case packet. Photo and file contents are not sent for generation.

AI processing and retention

PaperWarrior’s backend does not persist case request bodies or generated responses and is configured not to log their contents. Requests to OpenAI use the API setting that disables storage for the response. Limited operational records such as request identifiers, status codes, and provider request identifiers may be processed to keep the service reliable; they do not include case text.

Purchases

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. PaperWarrior receives entitlement and transaction status needed to unlock features, but does not receive your full payment-card information.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

PaperWarrior includes no third-party advertising, behavioral analytics, or cross-app tracking SDK. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can revoke AI sharing permission, delete individual cases, delete all app data, or export a readable archive from Settings. Deleting the app also removes its local app data, subject to iOS backup behavior you control.

Security and children

We use encrypted HTTPS transport for production generation requests and keep the OpenAI credential only in the backend environment. No system can guarantee absolute security. PaperWarrior is not directed to children under 13.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially, its effective date will be updated here and renewed consent will be requested when appropriate. For privacy questions, use the support page.
